With the advent of latest technology and advanced sciences, our life has become much easier. But it has also made our life a lot less healthy. The above mentioned activities are the regular day to day things which can be performed, but there are specific exercises which have been known to improve poor eyesight. One of them is the palming exercise. It is very simple to do.
First both the palms need to be rubbed to heat up the bottom fleshy part. This fleshy part is then placed on the eye socket with the eyes closed to transfer the natural heat to the eyeballs. Then the person should stay put in that posture for a while to relax his eyes and relieve it from all the strain. Another exercise is a yoga move which is done by drinking drops of water using the nose. Constipation has been another eminent reason for poor vision which can be countered by this exercise. It clears the stomach of all kinds of ailments and promotes better vision.
To sum it up, people with poor vision need not worry finding ways on how to improve bad eyesight. All they need to do is consume lots of vegetables, exercise regularly and further on perform the above mentioned eye centric exercises to see dramatic improvement in their eyesight.
